We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or defective items, we will ask that you send a video to confirm the issue, then we can authorize a replacement to be sent free of charge.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the damage was caused by the customer and not due to defect/malfunction. Please contact us as soon as the issue is detected and provide evidence (photo/video).


Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order. Please contact info@jorrnane.com for return instructions. Once we receive the return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
